Refunds & Cancellation Policy

While planning for refunds we check for soundness and validity of the case, applying different conditions to it. If these conditions are satisfied, refund may apply.

Arosa Vacations Private Limited incurs costs in processing and confirming each member. Additional costs are incurred to cancel membership. The following applies when canceling holiday membership

The reasons should be valid/rational/realistic enough to qualify for cancellation and refund.

A member may cancel their membership within 7 days of joining and will receive a refund less Admin Fee, Payment Gateway Fee, and Service fee.

Membership may not be cancelled after 7 days of joining. It is clearly understood that there shall be no refund whatsoever if the Client does not or cannot utilize any of the services there is no refund payable for any unutilized services for any reason whatsoever.

Cancellation requests must be made in writing by e-mail by the member or credit card holder.

Refund requests must include the name of the member.

Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used for payment.

All benefits and incentives received by member must be cancelled

It would take at least minimum of 15 to 45 days to process the refund (if due) after the refund agreement is signed.

Refund shall be in Indian Rupees if we are unable to refund in the currency we have been paid originally.

However, at its sole discretion, the Company gives the refund based on various factors. The decision of the Company on the quantum of refund shall be final.
